Question: I just bought a used car 6 hours ago. Now I don't want it. Is it too late for me to take it back?

Dear Tony
Less than 6 hours ago I bought a used car, from a dealership with a good reputation, after having only looked at that car that day.
I had dealt with this salesperson before, and had even backed out buying a car after putting down a deposit and sleeping on it. The salesperson and the dealer were ok with that and didn't guilt trip me at all, which I'm impressed by.
Anyway, this salesperson, Ryan, kept looking for cars for me, and called yesterday with a Nissan Altima. I went down yesterday (10 hours ago now), and looked at the car. Ryan said another couple were coming to look at the car at 6pm, so I should think quickly. Yea, right, you may be saying, but it IS true; I saw the people and over heard their conversation with another sales person!
SO, I went at 5:30, went for a test drive and bought the car with out taking it to a mechanic. I did run a CARFAX Record Check on it and looked up prices and a couple of reviews, though.
Soooooo . . . . I am now having buyer's remorse and am wondering if you think I could get out of the deal?? I live in Colorado and don't see any connections to info about that subject on the internet.
There is another car I'm thinking about, and I have been thinking about the other car for several days, now. Because I am wishy washy and have a hard time making up my mind and have a slight brain injury (not apparent), I feel like maybe I didn't make the best decision at the pressured time.
Then again, maybe I did . . . SEE how hard it is for me to make decisions?? I think the brain injury has a lot to do with the wishy washyness of my decision making.
THANK YOU for any advice you might have for me! If I have to keep the car, I won't be TOO upset, but I thought I should check it out with you.
Any feed back would be appreciated!

Answer:
Hi H.,
This has to be one of the quickest cases of "buyer's remorse" I have ever seen!
Once you buy the car and sign all the papers and money changes hands it's pretty much all over! There is no law that gives you time to change your mind.
I answered a similar question for someone else and it is posted at: http://www.insidercarsecrets.com/return_car.html. Read it. There might be an idea there you can use!
If it doesn't work enjoy the Altima!
All my very best...
