"InsiderCarSecrets.com is Spilling the Beans on the Car Dealers!"
This is About a Car Dealer Who Appears to be Taking Advantage of Our Precious Soldiers Who are so Unselfishly Serving Our Country.
Hi Tony,
I am a soldier stationed at Ft. Hood, Tx with the 4th Infantry Division, and a combat veteran.
A very close friend of mine has just recently flown to Iraq to join our unit in battle, but I have stayed here. He bought a new vehicle back in October of 2005 from Dennis Eakin Mazda located in Killeen, Texas, and traded in his old one.
His fiance has received a notice from the financial institution that has the lien on his trade-in vehicle stating they have not received a payment. Which means one thing, the dealership of the newly purchased car has not fulfilled their obligation of paying off his trade-in vehicle.
She confronted the dealership about this situation and they claimed to have "sent the check last week." So she consulted the financial institution, and they say they have received nothing. She returns to the dealership on a daily basis, but they now refuse to talk to her, because her name is nowhere on the contract for the new or old vehicle.
There is believable rumor that this dealership has committed this act numerous times recently to soldiers deployed because there is nothing they can do while away.
The reason I am writing is because I have no idea what to do to fix this problem, and I want to fix it quickly before more of my fellow defenders are victimized this way, and to help my friend and his fiance. She has a small boy and a newborn. So, needless to say, she cannot handle this type of matter or financial burden. Any assistance you can give will be greatly appreciated and not go unnoticed. Thank you for your time.
God Bless,
Joshua
