Hello Tony,

This is just a note to thank you for your website and all the work you have obviously done to create it, and pursue your work. I'm not in the car business, nor am I buying a car, but if and when I do, I'll surely follow your suggestions.

The abuse you receive is the best evidence that you are doing good work. There are many anti-social people in the car business and customers need to know this. I would not buy another car without having a friend along to support me. As you know and state on your site, buying a car is an emotional experience, and this can and does weaken a customer's resolve. I believe having a emotionally uninvolved person along can only benefit a customer as this person can help keep the customer focused and on the track for a decent deal.

All my best wishes,

Hi David,

I really appreciate you taking the time to write me with your very kind comments. thank you!

You should see some of the nasty emails I've received that I haven't published! Some pretty ugly stuff. I like touching a nerve with some of these guys though! I get emails from people all the time who have been put through the mill by some of these characters, and the stories are not pretty!

Then on the other hand you'll find car dealers and sales people who genuinely try to take good care of their customers. The hard part is finding these honest dealers. The bad guys in the business have made it bad for everybody, because it's hard to know who to trust!

Once again, thanks! It's always a treat to get a friendly email! I appreciate it!

God Bless . . .

Tony Iorio
