Dear Webmaster,
I have been a very successful car salesman for 20 years. When I first discovered your web site I thought 'Yeah right! Another expert!'
However, after reading your information on how to buy a car I must say I have never read anything more to the point that explains what can happen to a customer in the process of buying and financing a new or used vehicle.
It's very obvious that you have spent many years in the business. Your insights can only come from having been there. I respect what you say and completely agree with you.
Keep in mind that there are many honest sales people out there and many good dealerships, but unfortunately the entire car business is driven by the almighty $Dollar which can
change the way sales people would normally treat the customer.
I tip my hat to you for your efforts in trying to keep the car business honest.
Sincerely,
David
