I stumbled across your website tonight, and it was
quite enlightening. I'm a car salesman at a small, family
owned Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep dealership in rural
Pennsylvania, and I must say that I was surprised by
some of the negative experiences people have shared on
your site, and the negatives to watch out for when
buying a car that you list on your site.
Granted, not everything goes smoothly at our dealership all the time, but apparently we're one of the better ones
based upon the info on your site!
I really hope your website makes a difference in the car buying experience, because everyone would get a fair deal,
and deals would be more easily made.
You have a great site, keep up the great work!!

very much appreciated.
It sounds like you're one of the good guys in the business.
I appreciate that. The car business needs more people like
yourself. There are too many of the other kind.
I have several hundred stories from my website visitors that
I haven't had time to post yet. They would just blow your
mind. How some of these car dealers stay in business is beyond
me.
Be honest with all your customers, give them the best
customer service that you can and let them know how much you
appreciate their business. Treat everybody this way and the
sales will take care of themselves.
